What Youu2019ll Do As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, youu2019ll support children with a wide range of needsu2014including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challengesu2014helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans + Provide direct therapy services in clinic and in-home settings + Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes + Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use + Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries) + Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team What You Bring + Masteru2019s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program + Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date) + Passion for working with children and families + Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply u2014we provide mentorship and support for your growth.
