Responsibilities: u2022 Develop innovative and user-focused designs for mobile and web platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external enterprise partners, to deliver impactful design solutions. u2022 Advocate for user needs and customer-centricity throughout the design process. u2022 Conduct research studies to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design strategies. u2022 Present design concepts and solutions with clarity and confidence during stakeholder meetings. u2022 Utilize design systems effectively while identifying opportunities to push creative boundaries. u2022 Create visually compelling designs that align with project goals and demonstrate storytelling capabilities. u2022 Apply data-driven approaches to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. u2022 Design for consumer-focused and retail spaces, incorporating creative and out-of-the-box thinking. u2022 Maintain a strong presence as a senior designer, contributing expertise and leadership to design discussions.
