You will set the bar for engineering excellence, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of system architecture while remaining hands-on with critical builds and AI-powered feature development. Youu2019ll partner closely with business stakeholders and data engineering to ensure our solutions are scalable, reliable, and impactful. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Design and lead the architecture of modern, scalable full-stack applications. u2022 Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to G9/G10 engineers. u2022 Lead integration of AI-powered features into existing and new applications. u2022 Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business objectives. u2022 Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of greenfield full-stack applications. u2022 Drive modernization efforts: migrate and redesign legacy apps into Flask/Next.js. u2022 Partner with the data engineering team to modernize ETL pipelines. u2022 Act as a technical escalation point for production issues. u2022 Oversee and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of core apps. Requirements Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. u2022 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience. u2022 Proven experience leading design and development of production-grade web applications (Flask, React, Next.js). u2022 Strong skills in SQL design, performance tuning, and Azure-based services (including AI-powered features). u2022 Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing engineers. Preferred: u2022 Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science or related field. u2022 Experience with Python, Databricks, and cloud-native architectures. u2022 Experience designing and deploying AI-powered features into business applications. u2022 Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially in commercial or MedTech environments.
