POSITION OVERVIEWFlash Metals USA is seeking a senior-level HR Generalist to join our growing team in Houston. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a trusted partner to employees and management, independently handling day-to-day HR operations while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and organizational effectiveness during this period of rapid growth and innovation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment and OnboardingDesign, plan, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.Develop onboarding workflows that ensure new hires have a smooth transition into Flash Metals USA.Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment parameters and support talent acquisition activities.Maintain accurate recruitment records, technical notes, and documentation of hiring outcomes.Benefits Administration and Employee RelationsAdminister employee benefits programs serving as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions.Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve issues and optimize benefits vestigate employee concerns, provide guidance on policy interpretation, and work with management to resolve workplace conflicts fairly and consistently.Prepare technical summaries, reports, and recommendations for leadership teams regarding employee relations pliance and Records ManagementMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Ensure compliant handling and documentation of employee information and confidential materials.Maintain accurate HR documentation, training records, and incident reporting in accordance with legal requirements.Adhere to policies governing employment law and HR best practices.Promote a compliance-first culture through consistent adherence to protocols and proactive risk identification.Performance Management and DevelopmentLead performance management processes including performance reviews and goal-setting initiatives.Develop empl
