Business Systems Analyst - Netsuite

Description We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in NetSuite to join our team in Tennessee. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing system processes, managing integrations, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and drive impactful changes in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Design and implement strategic processes to improve system efficiency and ensure consistent data quality. u2022 Act as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing configurations, workflows, reports, and user roles. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to enhance NetSuite functionality and resolve system issues. u2022 Lead process improvements for financial and operational workflows, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and revenue recognition. u2022 Manage system integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Avalara, and Bill, ensuring smooth data synchronization. u2022 Develop and deliver user training sessions and create thorough documentation for system processes. u2022 Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations and coordinate solutions with vendors. u2022 Maintain detailed records of system architecture, integration logic, and software usage. u2022 Support vendor negotiations to optimize contracts and manage software costs effectively. u2022 Supervise IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant field. u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in NetSuite administration or business systems analysis. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. u2022 Strong understanding of finance workflows, inventory management, and order processing. u2022 Experience designing and supporting NetSuite integrations using middleware or APIs. u2022 Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. u2022 Comfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative environments. u2022 Preferred: NetSuite Administrator certification and experience in consumer packaged goods or e-commerce.
