Description We are in search of a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client's growing Plaintiff's law firm in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of legal work in the industry, including calendar and case management, document management, and handling legal software. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around complaints, litigation, medical records, motions, and pleadings. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, court deadlines, and other events u2022 Utilize case management software to track, manage, and update legal proceedings u2022 Handle document management tasks including organizing, storing, and retrieving legal documents as needed u2022 Efficiently operate legal software to aid in case preparation and management u2022 Respond to and manage complaints in a professional and timely manner u2022 Engage in various aspects of litigation including preparation, investigation, and research u2022 Maintain and manage medical records related to personal injury cases u2022 Draft, revise, and file motions to aid in the legal process u2022 Prepare and file pleadings in compliance with court rules and procedures u2022 Use LexisNexis for legal research and to aid in case preparation Requirements u2022 Possess a strong understanding of Personal Injury Law and Litigation procedures. u2022 Proficient in Calendar Management, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met. u2022 Able to work with Case Management Software to track and manage legal cases efficiently. u2022 Capable of handling Complaints professionally, ensuring client satisfaction. u2022 Experience in Document Management, ensuring all legal documents are correctly filed and easily accessible. u2022 Knowledge of various Legal Software, contributing to efficient and effective work processes. u2022 Familiar with LexisNexis for conducting legal research and accessing relevant case laws. u2022 Experience in managing Medical Records in personal injury cases. u2022 Ability to draft Motions and Pleadings accurately and efficiently. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
