JOB SUMMARY As the HRIS Manager at Jack Linku2019s Beef Jerky, you will lead the management and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support our fast-paced, growth-oriented CPG environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of our HR data, driving system enhancements, and supporting HR processes withu00a0technologyu00a0solutions that help fuel our iconic brandu2019s success. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business leaders across our manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and corporate offices.u00a0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and data integrity of the HRIS, ensuring system reliability for a multi-siteu00a0CPG workforce.u00a0 + Createu00a0and analyzeu00a0employeeu00a0data and develop executive level HR scorecards and summaries for HRu00a0Business Partnersu00a0and senior business leaders.u00a0u00a0 + Provideu00a0data insights and trends based on employee data along with providing recommendations on improvements.u00a0 + Manage HRIS projects, including upgrades, new module rollouts, and integrations with payroll, timekeeping, and talent management systems.u00a0 + Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting, user support, and training to HR team members and end-users across all Jack Linku2019s locations.u00a0 + Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations to streamline HR processes, enhance data flows, and improve systemu00a0utilizationu00a0for manufacturing, distribution, and corporate teams.u00a0 + Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, process workflows, and user training materials tailored to the unique needs of a CPG environment.u00a0 + Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, labor laws, and company policiesu00a0regardingu00a0HR data.u00a0 + Lead HRIS audits, data clean-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.u00a0 + Stay current with HRIS technology trends and recommend enhancements to support Jack Linku2019s businessu00a0objectives.u00a0 + Perform other duties as assigned. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment is a plant/office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet/slippery floors. However, the vast amount of work is conducted in a climate-controlled office. Travel may be required. QUALIFICATIONS + Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.u00a0 + 7+ years of experience managing HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) in au00a0manufacturing or CPG environment preferred.u00a0 + Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and compliance requirements in the CPG industry.u00a0 + Demonstrated experience leading HRIS projects, system implementations, and integrations.u00a0 + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.u00a0 + Proficiencyu00a0in HRIS reporting and analytics.u00a0 + Strong communicationu00a0and interpersonal skills; ability to support users at all levels, including plant and warehouse teams.u00a0 + Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.u00a0 + Occasional travel to Jack Linku2019s manufacturing plants and distribution centers may be required. Preferred Qualifications:u00a0 + HRIS certification (e.g., HRIP, SHRM-SCP, PHR).u00a0 + Experience with HRIS integrations in a multi-site,u00a0manufacturingu00a0or CPG company.u00a0 + Project management experience.u00a0 The salary range for this role is $120,000 u2013 $145,000(Annually).u00a0 Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Linku2019s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
