Employment Type: Part time Shift: Description: REQUIREMENTS: + Master Degree in Human Services + 1 year of applicable experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field + 3 years of applicable experience + Valid Drivers License + Ability to drive an organization vehicle + Act 33/34/73 Clearances + Pre-employment drug screening WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position. + Must Work a minimum of 5 Work Shifts per Month ABOUT THE ROLE + Responsible for helping persons served with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in each facility. + Will provide direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults including milieu therapy, psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, clinical assessment, case management, safety checks, and unit monitoring. + Will be an active part of the treatment team and will maintain clinical records including the development of the recovery/transition plan and daily documentation ABOUT YOU: Weu2019re looking for compassionate providers who are solutions-focused and believe in a community-based care approach, and who excel at both practice and mentoring.
