Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Tool and Die Maker - CNC Operator to join our SAMC back shop team in San Antonio, TX . Position Responsibilities: + Set up and operate CNC milling machines + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications + Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures + Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment + Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Document production data and maintain accurate records Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): + 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist + 5+ years of experience in operating CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.) + 5+ years of experience in G-code programming and CNC controls + Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks + Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination skills working with small parts + Strong computing skills, excellent communication skills and customer-oriented + Ability to work a variable shift (1st or 2nd) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): + Experience with CAD/CAM/CATIA software + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ Shift: This position is variable shift Total Rewards & Pay Transparency: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
