Qualifications + Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Ohio. + Nursing degree from an accredited institution. + 1+ years MDS Coordinator experience in long-term care. + RAC-CT certification preferred. + Current CPR certification. Ideal Skills + Expertise in Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement. + Strong grasp of federal/state long-term care regulations. + Excellent communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
