They will be responsible for the overall management of clients within the portfolio, attainment of the regional PTPPI and adherence to the LOB strategy. They will participate in the achievement of corporate sales and service goals to build customer (external/internal) relationships and enhance shareholder value.Essential Functions/Responsibilities Responsible for being knowledgeable for the regions client base and delivering quality service. Thoroughly understand and be able to communicate the LOB's strategy. Assist the RM's in structuring and pricing loans, generating fee income and deposits. Manage the PM's so that the portfolio is being properly maintained and serviced. Help the team achieve their regional PTPPI goal. Make sure the team maintains their pipeline in salesforce.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job 10+ years of relationship/account management experience selling real estate loans 5+ years leading, mentoring and motivating others Demonstrated sales and negotiating experience Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships Undergraduate degree required; Accounting, Finance or Business preferredPreferred Knowledge and Skills Credit and sales training, portfolio management, customer service, management and training of employees.Level of Complexity and Scope High level of complexity pertaining to structuring and pricing and credit analysis.Degree of Independence and Decision-MakingRequired Supervisory Responsibilities May manage others.Physical RequirementsCompliance StatementThe associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures.
