Coordinate with faculty, Campus Construction, Facilities Services, ITS, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements align with scope, existing conditions, and all applicable rules and regulations. Act as the primary liaison to facilitate communication and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.Assist with project planning and implementation, including developing scopes, schedules, and budgets; tracking progress; and addressing emergent issues with emphasis on cost and schedule control. Provide timely updates and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain project databases and documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee CNS project purchasing, including ProCard and POS transactions. Track expenditures, reconcile accounts, monitor budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.Serve as the primary point of contact for furniture, fixture, and equipment (FFE) coordination on CNS projects. Manage FFE planning and procurement for renovations and new spaces, ensuring alignment with project scope and user needs. Collaborate with end-users, designers, engineers, ITS, and building management to integrate FFE solutions into overall space planning and project execution.Serve as technical liaison for specialized spaces such as research labs, ensuring design meets user needs and regulatory requirements. Oversee decommissioning and relocation of equipment and assist with data analytics for Research and Facilities planning.Other related responsibilities and functions as assigned.
