Bilingual Spanish Leasing Consultant

Job Description/Duties: We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish LeasingConsultant with strong Tax Credit (LIHTC) and/or HUD experience tosupport an affordable housing community. This role is ideal for someonewho is compliance-focused, resident-oriented, and confident navigatingregulated housing programs while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities Lease affordable housing units in full compliancewith LIHTC and/or HUD guidelines Communicate fluently with prospects andresidents in both English and Spanish Conduct property tours, follow upon leads, and convert qualified applicants Process applications,waitlists, and eligibility screenings Complete income certifications,verifications, and annual recertifications accurately Maintainorganized, audit-ready resident files Explain program requirements,income limits, and rent calculations clearly Provide ongoing residentsupport and handle routine inquiries professionally Support occupancygoals while maintaining strict compliance standards QualificationsFluent in Spanish and English (required) Prior experience with TaxCredit (LIHTC) and/or HUD affordable housing Leasing or propertymanagement experience Strong understanding of compliance documentationand timelines Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Excellentcustomer service and communication skills Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management softwareExperience preparing for or supporting audits Fair Housing training orcertifications Required Amount of Experience: 1-2+ years Is U.S.Citizenship Required?
