Temporary Mental Health Professional Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a respected community mental health organization to recruit a Mental Health Professional. This temporary role is perfect for compassionate, mission-driven professionals who thrive in community-based care and want to support adults living with serious mental illness through a recovery-oriented, team-based approach. As a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, youu2019ll help assess, plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive services addressing psychiatric, medical, and psychosocial needsu2014meeting clients where they are and supporting stability, independence, and long-term recovery. Locatio n: Rockville, MD Pay Rate : $31-$33.65 (based on experience, education, and location) _Mileage Reimbursement Provided_ Schedule : M-F 830am-5pm Key Responsibilities u2022 Conduct comprehensive screening interviews and clinical assessments using interviews, referrals, medical history, and collateral contacts u2022 Develop and recommend individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and mental health professionals u2022 Provide ongoing individual, group, and family counseling aligned with treatment goals u2022 Deliver case management services for an assigned caseload (approximately 10u201312 clients) u2022 Identify service gaps and barriers; advocate for resources and system improvements u2022 Provide crisis intervention and rapid response to prevent hospitalization u2022 Support clients with basic needs and daily living skills, including housing stability, hygiene, nutrition, and household management u2022 Coordinate care with community agencies to ensure wraparound services u2022 Educate clients and families on symptom management, illness education, and recovery strategies u2022 Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with COMAR and agency requirements u2022 Participate in team meetings, consultations, and program planning activities Education & Requirements u2022 Masteru2019s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling, or a related field u2022 Active Maryland licensure required: u25cb LMSW u25cb LGPC u25cb LCPC u25cb LCSW-C Interested?
