The right candidate will oversee the entire waterproofing process during the construction of a foundation or basement, including applying sealant, installing a drainage system, and operating a skid loader.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensure the final accuracy and cleanup of the project Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures Apply waterproofing sealant using hand application at critical junctions such as piping or joints Use a hydraulic sprayer to apply the sealant to larger areas Install drainage system Use a skid loader to cover the drainage tile with rock Perform basic laborer duties as needed Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to work overtime Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED One to two years of related experience and/or training May require CDL in compliance within DOT guidelines OSHA Certification to operate skid loader Prior experience with or knowledge of hydraulic sprayers Must have a valid driveru2019s license, vehicle, and willingness to travel Ability to understand and communicate in basic English Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; climb, balance and stoop, crouch or crawl; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision Regular exposure to extreme weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, high precarious places and risk of electrical shock.
