MTSI is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support mission-critical programs with our AFRL customer at Wright-Patterson AFB. As part of this role, you will lead efforts to integrate complex systems and subsystems across multi-domain environments, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and security. You will leverage advanced engineering principles and tools to coordinate hardware and software integration, validate system requirements, and resolve technical challenges that arise during development and deployment phases.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, able to operate independently to analyze systems, perform troubleshooting, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to drive integration efforts forward. This is an onsite position requiring robust communication and technical expertise in secure system processes and integration methodologies.ResponsibilitiesDuties to be independently executed include but are not limited to:Systems Integration Planning:Developing and maintaining integration plans that support system architecture, performance requirements, and mission objectives.Hardware and Software Integration:Leading efforts to integrate hardware subsystems, software applications, and complex interfaces across multi-domain systems.Systems Validation and Testing:Conducting testing and validation of integrated systems and ensuring operational readiness in alignment with program specifications.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:Identifying and resolving technical issues during system integration, deployment, and operational stages.Requirement Analysis:Reviewing and analyzing system requirements to ensure integration solutions align with mission needs and secure system processes.Cross-Team Collaboration:Coordinating efforts across engineering, operations, and program teams to ensure seamless integration and operational alignment.Documentation and Reporting:Documenting integration processes, test results, interface designs, and system configurations to support ongoing operations and compliance.Required QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on integration of complex systems, preferably in a DoD environment.Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirements.Active Top Secret clearance with SCI prehensive expertise in systems engineering principles and integration methodologies.Proficient in hardware/software interface design, integration testing, and validation planning.Familiarity with DoD security protocols and secure system architectures.Experience integrating systems in multi-domain environments utilizing advanced tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS, or Cameo Systems Modeler.Familiarity with test platforms, network configurations, and integration tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar systems.Desired QualificationsTS/SCI clearance COSE CSEP certification or other systems engineering credentials.Experience with system integration in high-complexity environments such as aerospace, defense, or ISR systems.Knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles and tools.Experience developing automated test processes for system interfaces.Characteristics Of The Ideal CandidatePossesses advanced problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex integration challenges under pressure.Exhibits flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and task municates effectively across multidisciplinary teams and engages stakeholders to deliver precise system integration efforts.Operates proactively to identify ris
