Responds appropriately in clinical emergencies and performs within the scope of practice for the position. Takes scheduled emergency calls and responds in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Participates in quality and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes. Trains and supervises new personnel, providing orientation and ongoing education. Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and enforces safety regulations. Maintains accurate and secure medical records, following prescribed processes for documentation. Demonstrates cross-functional abilities and leadership skills within the cardiovascular team. + Preferred experience working on heart, coronary arteries, vessels in the brain, abdomen and limbs.
