Overview As the Associate Creative Director (Copy) you will find yourself at the intersection of doing the work and learning to lead the charge. Youu2019ll be able to apply your exceptionally established craft, and weu2019ve be exposed to countless ways of leveraging the written word in different mediums while trying on a new responsibilityu2014leadership. Senior writers will seek our thoughtful input and youu2019ll have the opportunity to lead in creative direction. Responsibilities + Support and lead the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation + Offer smart, thoughtful points of view on creative concepts + Assist in and help to direct asset creation, delivering work you are proud of + Exhibit a strong strategic senseu2014offer feedback and challenges to strengthen creative brief + Stay current on latest industry trends + Pay attention to the details: i.e., grammar + Maintain the highest quality on creative deliverables + Lead the production of an idea while coaching more junior talent on how itu2019s done + Participate and help plan community-building events + Be receptive to constructive criticism + Be proactive in finding ways to support the creative team + Oversee Junior and Senior Copywriters, and learn to offer collaborative feedback on art direction Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/Portfolio school + 7+ years of professional creative writing + Experience in an advertising or interactive agency a plus + Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual 360 brand work + Creative writing pieces + Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive experiences + Experience with mentoring more junior talent + QSR experience is a PLUS Please provide portfolio link and resume when applying Additional information The Power of One starts with our people To do powerful things, we offer powerful resources. Compensation Range: $106,780- $129,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
