This individual provides comprehensive physical therapy services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in therapy settings across the health system, including their families/caregivers. This position conducts evaluations, develops appropriate plan of care, and provides rehabilitation services through time of discharge from the facility. This position is responsible for the direct clinical supervision of staff physical therapy assistants and rehab technicians.Therapist is expected to provide services interchangeably among like facilities. For example, acute care staff may float between inpatient hospital settings, while post-acute staff may provide services within various post-acute facility settings based upon census and business needs.At times, this position may be asked to participate in program development and outcome measurements in the clinical setting.Per diem staff is required to work a
