Description Senior Litigation Paralegal u2013 Corporate Governance (Wilmington, DE Hybrid) A leading national litigation practice is seeking a proactive Senior Paralegal to support its corporate governance and shareholder litigation team. This role supports attorneys on high-impact, complex matters u2014 particularly those before the Delaware Chancery Court u2014 and offers strong long-term growth for an experienced litigation professional. Requirements Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee and track case dockets, including Delaware Chancery Court matters u2022 Manage complex corporate governance litigation from inception through resolution u2022 Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and related tools u2022 Draft, proofread, cite-check, and fact-check briefs, complaints, and related filings u2022 Prepare and file documents in Delaware courts (File & ServeXpress experience preferred) u2022 Organize case files, discovery materials, and reference documents u2022 Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation, including scheduling and exhibit prep u2022 Maintain timekeeping entries and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals across offices u2022 Retrieve applicable rules, regulations, and supporting materials Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree and 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience u2022 Strong familiarity with Delaware Chancery Court rules, filings, and procedures u2022 Solid Bluebooking and cite-checking experience u2022 Strong research skills and proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and court databases u2022 Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment u2022 Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-office teams u2022 I-Manage and advanced MS Word skills preferred u2022 Class action experience a plus u2022 Ability to work overtime as needed Work Environment & Logistics: u2022 Full-time, non-exempt role based in Wilmington, DE u2022 Hybrid schedule: typically 3 days onsite (Tues/Wed required) and 2 remote u2022 Overtime may be required based on workload u2022 Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits: u2022 Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and additional employee programs Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
