Benefits:MedicalDentalVisionRequirements:Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician:Minimum 1 year of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenanceBasic knowledge and experience in Electrical, plumbing, minor fixes such as patching a wall, Remove and replace sheetrock and finish taping and painting, fixing a doorknob, Siding and Fascia, unit turnovers, and work orders.Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.Experience with grounds and maintenance work in multi-family property management settingAble to work Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm
