We are seeking Brand Ambassadors/Event Demonstrators for our Lancaster markets and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product and securing sales leads for our team. Hourly pay + bonus based on quality appointments. Essential Duties u2022 Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events u2022 Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees u2022 Book appointments u2022 Maintain a professional appearance throughout event u2022 Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth u2022 Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth u2022 Explain basic product features and benefits u2022 Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments u2022 Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator Qualifications u2022 Strong communications skills u2022 Positive, outgoing personality u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment u2022 Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation) u2022 Ability to stand for long periods of time u2022 Ability to lift 30 pounds u2022 Available to work weekends This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation and sick time.
