Lead the Debug team in investigating production failures and identifying trends. Report on failure trends and manage open/closed cases weekly. Collaborate with internal design teams to suggest and implement design changes. Create and maintain product troubleshooting guides for team use. Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation across components and subsystems. Author technical reports to document findings and solutions.
