As an RBT with Able Minds ABA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. Our RBTs are committed to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment that fosters growth, development, and independence.Responsibilities:Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Collect and record data on client progress, including behavior samples and data sheetsCollaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plansProvide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and centersMaintain accurate records and reports of client progress and services providedParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABARequirements:Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent0 years of experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $33 per hourPart-time and full-time opportunities availableOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and dedicated professional looking to make a difference in the lives of children with autism, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
