Junior System Administrator

At GA Telesis, our core business is integrated aviation solutions, and our mission is customer success.We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure in our Medley office. You will be part of a small team delivering mission critical solutions and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security to our global organization.**Important Notice: Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position. Responsibilities:Manage and proactively monitor all infrastructure systemsManage MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS Teams and O365 environmentDevelop new solutions and support all VMWare infrastructureMonitor system resources and backups. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management toolsMonitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixesProvide operational support, run, administer and optimize the Workplace services systems.Provide Level I and II Ticketing System SupportProvide after-hours, on-call, escalation support as neededAdditional duties may applyQualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience requiredStrong knowledge and hand on experience on MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS Teams and O365Moderate level of technical ability and setup, run, administration, configuration, troubleshooting and monitor experience to cover enterprise end user services.Knowledge of Managed Services, Change Management, User training and CommunicationAS/BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; MS/COMPTIA Certifications are a plusAbility to create scripts in PowerShell, Python, or other languagesStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and patch managementKnowledge and working experience in troubleshooting VoIP and PBX technologies a plusExperience with Web Scale Technology a plusExperience with Cisco Meraki a plusCheck out how GA Telesis is Intelligently Defining the FUTURE of Aviation and Aerospace by following us on
