We’re looking for a driven, people-first Recruitment Administrator to partner with the Bronx District Sales Manager and help us grow our direct sales team in the Bronx.If you’re a resourceful recruiter looking to make a bigger impact, this is your moment.As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind growing the Bronx office and supporting the team with high-volume hiring, onboarding, and HR operations.Source, screen, and schedule interviews for entry-level direct sales rolesPartner with the District Sales Manager to align on hiring needsRun onboarding — setting new hires up for success from Day 1Greet and support candidates and visitors; keep the office organized and energizedChampion the candidate experience while managing a high-volume pipelineMaintain and track HR records, especially around promotions and “dreamovers” (our term for internal career moves)Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to dateSupport daily office operations and administrative tasksWhat We’re Looking For in a Recruitment Administrator:Recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (direct sales recruitment experience strongly preferred)A strong communicator who leads with empathy, clarity, and confidenceCurious and people-focused — you ask great questions and personalize your approachA problem-solver with hustle, heart, and a strong work ethicTech-savvy with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ATS/CRM systemsSalary: $50,000/year (Based on experience) Commission, bonuses, plus benefits PTOs and Health StipendSound like you?
