This is ahighimpactleadership role responsible for building and maturing our security program as we scale nationally.As our top security leader,you’llpartner closely with IT, business leadership, and key vendors to enhance ourMicrosoftcentricecosystem, strengthen SaaS security, and drive alignment with theNIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).WhatYou’llLeadSecurity Strategy, Governance &RiskOwn and evolve the enterprise security strategy, roadmap, and governance model.Maintain the cyber risk register and align controls to NIST CSF.Microsoft Cloud & Zero Trust SecurityOversee core Microsoft security platforms:Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Sentinel.Drive ZeroTrustadoption across identity, devices, apps, and data.SaaS Security & Vendor RiskManage the full SaaS security lifecycle, including SSO integration and vendor risk assessments.Leverage CASB tools and strengthen SaaS posture across the business.Identity & Access Management (IAM)Lead RBAC design, PIM/PAM, lifecycle management, and identity governance best practices.Endpoint, Email & Collaboration SecurityEnhance Intune compliance, endpoint protection, DLP, phishing defenses, and secure collaboration.Threat Detection & Incident ResponseLead incident response planning, SIEM tuning with our MSSP, and continuity playbooks.Coordinate with our outsourced IR partner, including tabletop exercises and BEC investigations.Compliance, Data Protection & AwarenessOversee Purview information protection, DLP, eDiscovery, androlebasedsecurity training.LeadershipBuild and develop a growing security team.Manage and mature the MSSP partnership.WhatWe’reLooking For8-12+ yearsof cybersecurity experience, with deepexpertisein theMicrosoft security ecosystem.Proven experience in SaaS security, IAM, incident response, and vendor risk.Strong communicator who can influence leadership and drivecrossfunctionalalignment.Preferred certifications:CISSP, CISM, SC100, AZ500.Why Apex Service PartnersJoin afastgrowing,peoplefirstorganization modernizing the home services industry.You’llshape the security direction of amultibrandenterpriseoperatingentirely in the cloud — with full executive support and the ability to make an immediate impact.
