If you are driven by national security and energized bycutting-edgeC2ISR capabilities, sensor integration, and resilient data transport solutions, we invite you to join our team.We areseekinghighly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance—where reliability, security, and performance are paramount.Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Director of Logistics & Facilities Management to support this mission at PopeField, Fort Bragg, NC.Responsibilities:As the Director of Logistics & Facilities Management, you will serve as the Lead for Logistics & Facilities Management, and Site Security for this contract with responsibilities of the people, scope, budget in the area ofresponsibility. Your responsibilities include:Lead end-to-endlogisticsoperations including packaging, transportation, shipping, inventory management, and warehousing for C2ISR capabilities at CONUS and OCONUS sitesin accordance withDLA Instruction 4140.04Manage equipment lifecycle from acquisition through disposition, including tracking, asset preservation, sustainment planning, and Recommended Spares and Parts List (RSPL) developmentOversee facility operations including maintenance, security coordination, infrastructure support (grounds, HVAC), and Visit Access Request (VAR) administrationDirect site installation support for C2ISR infrastructure, including pre/post-installation activities, secure facility maintenance for classified JEXC2 systems, and RMF/Configuration Management coordinationImplement OPSEC programs and ensure adherence to facility security requirements, site-specific RMFs, and security classification guidelinesDevelop strategic frameworks forlogistics, resource optimization, and infrastructure planning that ensure operational efficiency and mission readinessCoordinate customs processing, shipment receipts, inventory verification, and multi-sitelogisticsacross global operational environmentsProduce deliverables including procedure documents, frameworks, operation plans, operation manuals, and site surveysRequirements:Minimum of 10 years of relevant experienceActive TS/SCI security clearance (requiredat time of hire)Logisticsand supply chain management in DoD or IC environmentsFacility management and infrastructure operations for secure, mission-critical facilitiesEquipment lifecycle management and asset tracking for complex technical systemsOPSEC program implementation and security coordinationC2ISR systems support across CONUS and OCONUS locationsDefense Logistics Agency (DLA) regulations and proceduresRMF and configuration management processesCOOP training and continuity planningWork Environment:Location: PopeOn-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor facility oversight and security coordinationTravel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessmentsPreferred Qualifications:Desired 12 years of relevant experience with BS/BA, OR 16 years without a degree OR 14 years with AS?AA OR 10 years with MS/MA, OR 7 years with Ph.D.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificationCertified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar facilities management certificationCOOP (Continuity of Operations) certificationExperience supporting DoD or IC mission environmentsFamiliarity with AISR systems and sensor data managementExperience with tactical communications systems and relay suitesKnowledge of customs processing and international shipping regulationsBackground in SCIF management and classified facility operationsExperience with DoD facility standards, OSHA, NFPA complianceWhy Join Us? Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
