This exciting ownership positions us for continued impacts and growth in the future.Healthcare Device Technician IAs a Healthcare Device Technician I you will be responsible for managing a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program. A personal vehicle will be required to provide transportation between customer sites. Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all timesProvides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as requiredPrepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficienciesCompletes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspectionsReceives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locationsCompletes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hoursTakes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization- High-school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous work experience (required); within a customer service setting (preferred)Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)Arcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives.
