This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do:Assist in identifying potential leads through web research and inbound inquiriesWork collaboratively with the sales team to support outreach and follow-up activitiesMaintain accurate customer records in the CRM systemParticipate in product and sales training to build foundational knowledgeProvide timely updates and reports on lead status and activitySupport the preparation of sales materials and scheduling of customer callsPlay a role in improving team efficiency through administrative supportWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fieldGeneral experience in/a basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practicesStrong communication skills, with the ability to communicate key messages and ideas clearly and effectivelyCan cultivate meaningful relationships with your manager and members of your team, while being open and responsive to constructive feedback as they guide and mentor youThe ability to think outside the box to help solve problems, with the humility to ask for help when neededAdaptability to a dynamic environment and the readiness to take on any new tasks that are handed to youA motivation to achieve outcomes and resultsCapable of handling multiple tasks at once and completing them on time with mostly no errorsAn eagerness to develop professionally, continuously learn, and share knowledge with othersThings That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:Previous exposure via college courses or internships to the following:Microsoft OfficeCRM exposure is a plusWe’ll also need you to:Be able to work in the office at least 3 or more days a week to foster collaboration with the team and stakeholdersBe available for global work hours when neededBe able to travel up to 10%Work Environment:This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer.
