Guest Experience Lead - Peppa Pig World of Play ChicagoWhat You'll Do:✨ Deliver unforgettable, interactive experiences to all guests.✨ Lead by example with a floor-based approach, ensuring excellent guest experiences.✨ Collaborate with operations management to ensure smooth attraction operations.✨ Model the way and deliver training initiatives to develop the skills and attitudes of our Guest Experience Hosts.✨ Exceed guest expectations and resolve complaints with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.✨ Uphold departmental health & safety standards and encourage others to do the same.? Ensure a clean and safe environment for visitors and employees.? Act as a Fire Marshal and First Aider when needed.? Maintain high health standards by cleaning and performing minor repairs.? Log all incidents and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.? Assist with conducting orientations.? Train staff on guest service, safety protocols, and core values.? Keep records of training procedures and staff sign-offs.? Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures.? Manage cash office procedures, including nightly financial reporting and cash deposits.Requirements:? High school diploma or equivalent.? Customer service and guest interaction experience required.? Passion for entertaining children and families.? Ability to effectively train others.?
