Global PCG Marketing Web Analytics & Testing Analyst

The Global PCG Marketing Web Analytics & Testing Analyst is responsible for the department's web data, reporting analytics and data project oversight. You will help us measure campaign performance, integrates data to uncover areas we can optimizes and measures new plans applying web data. You will help measure our testing programs success, while reporting to the department's Assistant Vice President.The Opportunity:Responsible for the department's web reporting needs, maintaining and improving the web data structure, providing recommendations to management to improve marketing campaign performance. Run statistical analytics and predictive models to identify new areas to improve or target; work closely with marketing management to measure our testing program.The Day-to-Day:Oversee assigned complex tasks to completionIdentify potential process improvements and recommend solutions to managementHelp develop and implement proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of marketing campaignsComplete various projects in collaboration with management and other departmentMentor associates and new analysts on the teamYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredAt least 2 years of SQL experience requiredExperience with Google Analytics or Google BigQueryStrong qualitative and quantitative skills requiredAnalyze various situations and develop creative solutions applying dataManage time effectively across projects and various tasksCompensation:$70,000 - $115,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
