Physician Assistant u2013 First Assist (Cardiology and Vascular Surgery) Location: Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center u2013 Fort Worth, TX (On-site, Monday u2013 Friday Schedule) About the Role: Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant u2013 First Assist to join our Vascular Surgery Specialists team in Fort Worth. This is a full-time position supporting advanced heart and vascular care, with a primary focus on assisting in the OR, including vein harvesting and other surgical procedures. The ideal candidate must have prior operating room experience , preferably with vein harvesting , and a strong interest in cardiology and vascular surgery. You will play a vital role in delivering minimally invasive treatments and surgical therapies in a high-volume, collaborative, and patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: + First assist in vascular and cardiology surgeries + Perform vein harvesting procedures + Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care + Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and clinical teams to ensure optimal outcomes + Support inpatient and outpatient care, patient education, and follow-up + Participate in clinical rounds and documentation Why Join Us?
