Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Traveling Maintenance Trainer. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities: u2022u2003Deliver classroom training materials in a professional manner u2022u2003Facilitate all individual and group training sessions u2022u2003Conduct pre- and post-training session analysis to determine overall effectiveness of session u2022u2003Track, assess, evaluate and measures effectiveness of all training delivered u2022u2003Monitor team feedback to ensure incorporation of feedback into training programs to maximize ROI Nature and Scope: u2022u2003Demonstrate skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data u2022u2003Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues u2022u2003Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process u2022u2003Comfortable working with MS Outlook, MS Excel PowerPoint, and other common business applications We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
