What Youu2019ll Do As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will: + Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes. + Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care. + Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience , ensuring a meaningful and supportive patient journey. Minimum Qualifications + Graduate of an accredited nursing program. + Current Michigan RN license . + ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required . + Commitment to Trinity Healthu2019s mission, vision, and values. 11,000 Sign on Bonus Requirements: 1 year RN licensed experience required Continuing Employment Requirements + Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. + Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure. + Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
