Description Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a client in the Metro Atlanta area that is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to their team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing applicant tracking systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, adaptable to new tasks, and motivated to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage applicant tracking systems, including manual data entry and updates into platforms. u2022 Maintain and update recruitment trackers to ensure accurate information and timely follow-ups. u2022 Perform candidate sourcing and screening to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align strategies accordingly. u2022 Utilize tools such as Excel to analyze recruitment data and create organized reports. u2022 Ensure responsiveness to candidate inquiries and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process. u2022 Assist with the implementation of recruitment processes and workflows. u2022 Leverage applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Taleo, and BambooHR to track candidate progress and streamline operations. u2022 Contribute to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. u2022 Roll up your sleeves to support various administrative tasks related to recruitment. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting or recruitment coordination. u2022 Proficiency in applicant tracking systems u2022 Strong skills in data management and manual entry. u2022 Advanced knowledge of Excel for tracking and reporting purposes. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and team members. u2022 Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic work environment. u2022 Articulate and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
