Client Services Associate

Description We are looking for a Client Services Associate to join our team in Twin Cities. In this role, you will provide essential support to financial advisors by managing administrative and operational tasks while maintaining strong client relationships. This position involves frequent client interaction and collaboration with custodians, third-party software providers, and other business partners to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to facilitate smooth account management. u2022 Manage new account documentation, oversee account opening processes, and ensure timely follow-up for completion. u2022 Handle various client service tasks, including account transfers, asset movements, and responding to service requests. u2022 Stay updated on custodial operations, procedures, and industry standards. u2022 Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients to ensure a seamless transition. u2022 Schedule and prepare advisors for meetings with clients and prospects. u2022 Address client inquiries, resolve service issues, and escalate concerns when needed. u2022 Prepare and distribute performance reports to clients in a timely manner. u2022 Utilize the firm's CRM system to document interactions, manage workflows, and maintain accurate client records. Requirements u2022 Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build strong relationships. u2022 Highly effective organizational and time management abilities. u2022 Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Positive attitude and a detail-oriented approach. u2022 Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. u2022 An undergraduate degree is advantageous but not required.
