Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales & Customer Care Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Mahwah, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while addressing a variety of inquiries and ensuring seamless service at every interaction. Requirements u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling. u2022 Proficient in keyboard usage and data entry with attention to detail. u2022 Confident and proactive attitude with the ability to handle diverse inquiries. u2022 Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. u2022 Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. u2022 Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and additional hours during busy periods. u2022 Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email correspondence systems. u2022 Experience in call center or customer service roles, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
