Supply Chain Quality Assurance Team Member

Schedule Monday- Friday Day shift Essential Functions: u2022Ensures customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines performing inspections of products prior to delivery to customers and documenting results in accordance with established procedures u2022Ensures products meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations met, if not exceeded u2022Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies u2022Researches and resolves cancelled picks, picks on hold, and other applicable duties u2022Researches and monitors Flatbed Fulfillment Center (FFC) shrink daily providing key information to FFC Operations Support Supervisor u2022Communicates compliance issues to FFC Operations Support Supervisor u2022Reports WMS issues impacting day-to-day operations and optimization troubleshooting and providing support to resolve issues in a timely manner u2022Audits processes across the facility ensuring correct processes are utilized, recording inaccuracies, and providing information to the FFC Operations Support Supervisor u2022Conducts audits on shipments and warehouse cycle schedules u2022Works closely with supervisors and associates to correct errors u2022Delivers coaching and feedback to team members related to quality performance and safe behaviors u2022Identifies and resolves any safety issues on the floor and notifies the appropriate party for resolution if necessary u2022Performs other quality assurance job duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: u2022High School or GED u20222 yearsu2019 experience in quality assurance and distribution center operations u2022Basic math and reading comprehension skills u2022Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office u2022Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access, and WMS u2022Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems Preferences: u2022 Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously requiring a strong ability to prioritize and manage time Pay Range: $22.40 - $28.75 per hour Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
