For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $30.00 to $40.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Responsibilities + Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to address technology challenges. + Develop and support core business applications, including application front-ends. + Assist with development operations support. + Work closely with outside vendors and consultants. + Provide dedicated end-user support. + Research new technology trends and opportunities to advance business objectives. + Coordinate system implementations and new application releases. + Develop detailed project plans across all phases of the project life cycle. + Partner with peers and senior management to discuss business challenges and propose solutions. Experience Requirements: Experience Requirements + 3+ years of relevant experience in a business systems or applications role. + Solid project management skills across the full project life cycle. + Programming experience with application development. + Advanced SQL proficiency, preferably T-SQL. + Deep knowledge of database concepts, preferably Azure SQL or Progress. + Experience with Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. + Working understanding of ERP software, preferably QAD MFG/PRO. + Demonstrated ability to adapt and grow in changing environments. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
