Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the corrugated packaging industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department, supporting production and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problemu2011solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and reliability. Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shifts) Location: Lebanon, IN Pay Range: $28 - $32/hr Whatu2019s the Job? + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs with minimal impact to production; support preventive maintenance activities and complete all PM tasks within scheduled timelines. + Ensure compliance with GMPs, site security, foodu2011packaging defense requirements, and GFSI standards; follow PACE program expectations and complete required safety observations (2 Stop Cards/month). + Use the MVP computerized maintenance management system to review/close work orders, record parts and time used, document root cause, and enter new work orders as issues are discovered. + Collaborate with Operations to maintain equipment health, maximize process capability, and support continuous improvement by identifying more efficient repair and maintenance methods. + Carry out maintenance tasks to a high standard, meet deadlines, support project activities, make costu2011effective repair decisions, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
