CNC Machinist Location: Bossier City, LA Pay: $20-$35/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Full benefits package About the Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in Bossier City. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of independently setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and/or lathes Interpret blueprints, schematics, and machining instructions Perform tool changes, adjustments, and offsets as needed Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure efficient workflow Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Requirements 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Strong understanding of G-code, feeds, speeds, and tooling Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience with precision measuring equipment Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
