General Requirements: + Associate degreerequired,BSN preferred. + Minimum 2years' experiencein Cath Lab or special procedures lab preferred or 3 years critical care experience + Current Iowa RN license + BLS + ACLA + Mandatory Reporter. + Intermediate language, high math, highreasoning ability. + Ability to work with diverse groups of people. + Ability to work under pressure and with a large degree of independence. + Critical thinking skills. + Ability to perform within a team andgood timemanagement skills. + Strong knowledgebaseincardiac anatomy,physiologyand Cardiac care. + Must be able to analyze and interpret basic EKG tracings. + Knowledge of cardiac medications, hemodynamicmonitoringand fundamentals of sterile technique.
