Position Summary The Sourcing Manager for Enterprise Operations leads complex sourcing events and partners with category leadership to deliver measurable value. This role supports categories such as Facilities, Construction, Loss Prevention, Architecture & Engineering, Logistics/Transportation, Distribution Center Operations, and Supply Chain Innovation. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and execution excellence to achieve cost, service, and risk objectives. This role is Hybrid at Woonsocket, RI location (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office) & requires travel up to 15% for supplier meetings and site visits. Key Responsibilities + Lead sourcing execution for highu2011value RFx events, including strategy development, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations. + Support category management by maintaining category plans, spend profiles, and opportunity pipelines using analytics and market intelligence. + Deliver financial impact by achieving savings and total value targets aligned with business goals. + Engage stakeholders through regular business reviews, strategy updates, and education on sourcing governance. + Guide analyst resources on sourcing activities, ensuring quality and compliance with sourcing standards. + Maintain governance rigor across intake, documentation, and eSourcing platform usage. Performance Measures + Achievement of savings and value delivery targets. + Health of category pipeline and stakeholder engagement cadence. + Compliance with sourcing governance and process standards. Categories Supported + Supply Chain & Logistics: Transportation, imports, DC operations, supply chain innovation. + Facilities & Construction: Repair & maintenance, capital projects, security, energy/lighting Required Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement with full RFx ownership. + 2+ years of experience in Category Management, ideally within Enterprise Operations categories. + Proven proficiency with eSourcing tools (e.g., Ariba), spend analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite. + Proven negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with national, multiu2011site service RFPs (e.g., logistics, facilities). + Knowledge of TCO frameworks, supplier risk management, and ESG considerations. + Familiarity withcontinuous improvementand cost optimization levers. + Project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Education + A Bacheloru2019s degree in the related field is required. + Masteru2019s degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
