After completing the average 6-month apprenticeship period, you’ll be eligible for a raise and move to a flat-rate pay structure with plenty of room to grow your hours and income.Job DescriptionThe Apprentice Technician supports the service team by performing minor repairs, routine maintenance, and hands-on learning under the guidance of an assigned Master Technician mentor. This role is designed to build the foundational skills and experience needed to advance into a flat-rate technician position.
