summary Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off, day shift (5AM–5PM) Hourly Rate: $23.00–$35.00 - Shift Premium: Additional $1.00/hour for night shift Location: Rogers, Minnesota Position Overvie: The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance and reliability of production equipment throughout the facility. This role ensures machinery operates safely, efficiently, and consistently to meet production goals. The technician will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement efforts across departments. Minimum Qualifications • Vocational or community college degree in electrical, mechanical, or related field; or equivalent experience. • Preferably 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience. • Strong understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations related to plant operations. • Ability to operate and troubleshoot facility systems and equipment. • Skilled in performing system checks and diagnostics. • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics. • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring. • Proficient with test meters and diagnostic tools. • Mechanically inclined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. #Nowhiring required-skills: Physical Requirements • Ability to distinguish color-coded wiring. • Extended periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move to access and service machinery.
