We are looking for a DMTS to join our DRAM Operations and Strategy (DOS) team which is part of the DRAM Technology and Products Group (DTPG) In this position you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external partners, build and implement strategies aligned to organizational and business objectives, and deliver high performing DRAM solutions with the highest quality and predictable performance. You will also have the opportunity to ensure organizational compliance to company policies, departmental procedures, and provide organizational leadership for building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policies through active participation in functional teams and projects. Responsibilities: + Develop and communication DRAM development strategy + Provide technical leadership on long-term objectives and influence technical pathfinding and roadmapping + Lead key technical innovations that demonstrate product impact, process improvement, and a positive impact on the industry + Lead functionally diverse technical teams, discussions, and task force activity both inside and outside the functional area and department + Represent DOS and DTPG in cross-company meetings which might include Global Operations, Business Units, Corporate Strategy, and Quality Minimum Qualifications: + Demonstrated leadership and innovation in the semiconductor field with at least 10 years of experience + Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, such as Electrical, Electronics, Computer and Material Science + Demonstrated ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups, both within and outside the department + Excellent problem solving and analytical skills + Solid interpersonal skills and a track record as a strong collaborator Preferred Qualifications: + Technical leadership experience preferred. + Familiarity with DRAM process integration, process engineering, or fab background would be preferred As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
