Back End Developer

Description We are looking for a skilled Back End Developer to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems that support modern e-commerce solutions. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and maintain back-end systems using Java and Spring Boot to support scalable microservices architecture. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with e-commerce business requirements. u2022 Create and manage RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability. u2022 Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices. u2022 Ensure the security and scalability of back-end systems, including payment and order management workflows. u2022 Work within an agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions on time. u2022 Optimize application performance and implement best practices for cloud-based deployments. u2022 Support continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline development cycles. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end or full-stack development, preferably in e-commerce environments. u2022 Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for developing scalable and efficient microservices. u2022 Solid experience with RESTful APIs and integrating back-end services with front-end applications. u2022 Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD methodologies. u2022 Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, including payment processing and order management. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively. u2022 Knowledge of agile development practices and tools.
