Plan, Execute, Close)Scopes and plans for very large technology projectsIdentifies resources and form project team, obtain resource commitment from line managersSelects and applies project methodology to projects, educate team members, enforce processesPresents project effort estimation and acquires project budgetConducts project review meetings with directors and VPsTechnology Program and Portfolio Management (On-going program with multiple projects and teams Identify, Change, Empower, Monitor)Introduces large program process changes to directors and VPsImplements large program process changes across departmentsDefines program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Introduces teamwork concepts and fosters a healthy teamwork environmentPlans for long-term program resourcesFacilitates program retrospective meetingsDefines and documents roles and responsibilitiesStakeholder Management and CommunicationBuilds relationships with company VPs and directorsCommunicates major project/program scope, schedule, resource, and budget changesPresents technology portfolio reports to VPs and executives and identifies ways to improve the overall efficiency of the technology projects and programsTechnology Project Methodologies and Tools (Methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, Scrum. Tools such as Clarizen, SharePoint, Project Library)Obtains consensus among team members on project methodologies, processes, and templatesIntroduces new PMO tools and new tool features to GTS and other departmentsEstablishes cross functional governance body to maintain project methodologies, processes, and templatesQualifications7+ years experienceAssociate's degree preferredThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - CA Non-Bay Area, AK, CT, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
