This position is focused on hands on kitchen leadership, service support, and consistency, ensuring food is executed accurately, safely, and on pace in a high visibility environment. You will partner closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team to support service, events, and cross outlet needs across the complex. This is an ideal role for a strong operator who enjoys being on the floor and in the kitchen, supporting teams during service, and stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities u2022 Support daily culinary execution for the Wine Bar, ensuring consistency, timing, and quality u2022 Provide coverage and operational support across other outlets as needed, including events and catering u2022 Lead kitchen teams during service with a calm, hands on presence u2022 Execute established menus, prep standards, and production processes accurately u2022 Partner with the Complex Executive Chef and culinary leadership on daily priorities and service planning u2022 Support training and development of hourly culinary associates u2022 Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times u2022 Assist with inventory awareness, prep levels, and production flow u2022 Help troubleshoot service challenges and adjust in real time to support guest experience Qualifications u2022 Experience as an Executive Sous Chef or senior sous chef in a restaurant, cultural institution, hotel, or multi outlet environment u2022 Strong service execution skills with the ability to support multiple concepts u2022 Comfortable stepping into different kitchens and service styles as needed u2022 Proven ability to lead teams during busy service periods u2022 Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization u2022 Collaborative, adaptable leadership style u2022 Ability to communicate clearly with culinary and operations partners u2022 Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience Apply to Restaurant Associates today _Restaurant Associates is a member of Compass Group USA_ Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
